Garda, since 1976
Ristorante Le Rasole 1976
We are in Garda, surrounded by greenery and away from the bustle of the centre. We do not have a lake view, but we have something more important: quiet, fresh air, good food and time to feel well at the table.
The kitchen follows the season, the market and local producers. In the dining room we keep things warm and informal, with honest dishes, carefully chosen wines and the feeling of being welcomed like at home.
A menu that changes with the garden, the lake, the grill and the market, while staying close to the territory.
02Evenings with producers, dedicated menus and moments made to sit down, listen and share.
03Local wines, bottles to discover and glasses suggested with the right pace.
Rooms and restaurant
Our rooms are few, quiet and open to the greenery. Guests staying with us receive 10% off dinner: a natural way to bring together rest, seasonal cooking, wine and hospitality.
Upcoming events
A new event in our series dedicated to the producers whose stories we love to share. On Friday, June 12th, Le Rasole welcomes Cantina Piccoli for an evening where cuisine and wine come together through a menu designed to celebrate terroir, seasonality, and thoughtful pairings. Four courses, four wines – an experience meant to be enjoyed slowly, filled with stories, flavours, and conviviality.
A special evening dedicated to the meeting of fine cuisine and craft beer. In collaboration with Birrificio Bionoc, we will take you on a journey to discover the “Beer of the Dolomites”, brewed at the foot of the Pale di San Martino mountains, through a tasting menu carefully designed to enhance every pairing.
Hospitality
You go up the road that leads into the hills, leave a little movement behind and enter a slower rhythm. The pergola, the garden, the dining room and the cellar are part of dinner as much as the dishes.
Press and awards
The Slow Food guide presents Le Rasole as a trattoria on the hills of Garda, focused on sustainability, seasonality, warm service and lively cooking.
Le Rasole took part in the presentation of the Osterie d'Italia 2025 guide at MUSE in Trento.
The review highlights family tradition, the pergola, the wood-burning fireplace, a dynamic menu and a local wine selection with carefully chosen spirits and amari.
Matteo Porru wins the RicibiAMO sustainable cooking contest in the professional chef category.
From the blog
Garda is not only about the lakeside: just above the centre, there is a quieter way to enjoy dinner among greenery, hospitality and seasonal cooking.
Tongue speaks of time, respect and care: a simple ingredient that can become surprisingly refined when handled well.
It can be a small corner of the garden, a few pots on the terrace, or a box of herbs on the balcony.
